Please state what your religion is, and what does it say about the reason why god wanned to create a world.

Jehovah´s witness.
God created Adam and Eve to Live in earth according to Genesis 1:27-28 forever and in perfect conditions.
God almighty (Jehovah ) began the creation Billions of year (of our years) ago with his firstson accordig to Revelation 3:14 , Colossians 1:15-17 and Micah 5:2.
Later he created the rest of his son throught the firstborn according to Colossians 1:15-17, billions of them according to the bible all angels are sons of God (Job 1:6)
God is an Architect , he can´t stop building and later he decide to create a physical universe with physical being like us.

Christian here. It doesn't say in our scriptures "God created the world because of this or that." But it does say that God took great pleasure in creating the physical world, the stars, animals, and people. I just think that God is love, and it is the nature of love to be creative, rather than destructive. To me God is like an artist and a scientist at the same time.

The world exists in response to natural law (physics) operating on the available materials. The purpose is mostly human beings deciding what they are going to do with themselves. The very word "purpose" has no meaning with things like physics, where there are no options, no free will.
I'm a member of the Ethical Society. As our Sunday school kids say every week, "Ethics is my religion."

Islam: creation is for the purpose of worship of the ONE TRUE GOD (Not just rituals, but abiding by all His laws and commandments).
Thus, when you are kind and helpful to your neighbours because that's what He wants- it's worship; respectful to parents, charity, resisting evil etc etc all fall into this category.

The Lord Jesus gave us an answer in the parable of the wedding feast where the lord of the house desired to have his house filled with people who would share in his joy of the marriage.
God desires that we fill the heaven that He created with joyful praise and worship directed toward Him, our Creator.
