Any corner-specific wall-mount kits that someone knows of? I'm new to the world of flat panels and would appreciate some advice.

Build some triangular shelves in the corner far enough out from the corner to accommodate the width of the TV.
I said "some", so that you have extra shelves for your other equipment. Just be sure the shelves are well supported with supports anchored into studs.

Go to Costco.com. Lookup electronics/televisions/ accessories/ wallmounts. You have a great selection there. They have wall mounts that have an arm that swings out for corners. Problem solved.
