I only know it means "I feel mega good" in Japanese. But how do you write it? I only know kimochi-ii is 気持ち良い. How about the "cho"? And what does "cho" means?

It's written 超気持ちいい.

超(chou) = super

Note: The usage of this "超..." is a kind of slang.
It's also written "チョー気持ちいい" or ”超~気持ちいい".

Chou is the Japanese equivalent of "hella" would be how I describe it.
