We are literal sons of God and the bible teaches we becomes the sons of God when born again John 1:12

the bible is always right....all cults throw out bible doctrine to use doctrines of men . This is the only way they can lift themselves up. The bible says Jesus was lifted up for us. Any group that puts anything ahead of Jesus is hell bound.

Gen. 6: 2 sons of God saw the daughters of men.
Job 1: 6 sons of God came to present themselves.
Job 38: 7 (D&C 128: 23) all the sons of God shouted for joy.
Ps. 82: 6 Ye are Gods . . . children of the most High.
Isa. 45: 11 saith the Lord . . . Ask me . . . concerning my sons.
Hosea 1: 10 Ye are the sons of the living God.
There are many more. We are the children of God.

WE have always been spirit Children of our Heavenly Father.
When you are baptized by immersion baptism, by us in authority, and given the Holy Ghost, you have taken the first steps.
Then you will be taught in Sunday School, and other meeting.
And do not forget if you seek the Lord, he will teach you through the Holy Ghost you have received by us in authority.

John 1:12 is right!
God created everything. Just because He created everything doesn't mean He is it's father. I am creating a dress for my daughter. But the sweater is not my child- it is just a creation.
