Worlds youngest mum ever was 5 years old. She gave birth to a boy in 1939.
The girl had started having regualr periods at the age of 3, and had fully developed breasts by the time she gave birth.

As a result of a disorder known as precocious puberty,
Lina Medina was 5 years 8 months old when she gave birth by cesarean section to her son on May 14, 1939 (Mother's Day of the year). The boy named Gerardo, after the doctor who delivered him, weighed 5 lbs and 9 ozs.
Gerardo died at the age of 40 in 1979 from bone marrow disease.
Doctors found out that Lina had a menstrual period at the young age of 8 months old.
The reason for this disorder is not known. As it's not everyday a 5 years old girl gets pregnant, research on the disorder is hard and astonishing for Dr. Geraldo Lozada.
Lina was on of 9 children born to country folk in Ticrapo, an Andean village at an altitude of 7,400 feet in Peru's poorest province.
Lina got married to Raul Jurado in 1972 and had a second child 33 years after she gave birth to Geraldo. To this day the father of Geraldo is a mystery.

,wow!!! that's young, when I started the 7th Grade about 100 years ago a female showed up pregnant..... on the first days of school. I thought that was young,

That is horrifying, you hear it happens, but you don't want to believe it...but a 5 year old being molested and then gets PG.....horrible.
