If all he did was kiss her then you might be going to extreme by throwing him out. If you don't love him then you don't want the relationship if you do love him you have punished him and he knows to never do that again. You need to decide if you love him or not.

You need to get in training. So, try these exercises. Run down an escalator that is going up. Or fill a leaky bucket. That will give you a taste of what's in store. Not that you need one. You can already tell how frustrating a particular situation is becoming. Here's how to avoid exasperation. Quit while you are ahead. And if you can't do that - quit while you are behind. Just quit. If something is supposed to happen, it will. It is one thing to give fate a gentle nudge and another to drag it in a direction it does not want to go.

How did you hear about the kiss? Are you sure you had all your facts.

Did you talk to the person who kissed you guy to get their side?

Maybe you should have done all that before kicking him out. Maybe you kicked him out for other reasons that you are not admitting to yourself.

You did what you did. But was it because it reminded you of that other situation.

You need to get and review facts first. Tell him you are going to do that. That when you review all the facts you will then let him know if you think there is a chance or it if is the end.

Good luck, follow your instincts when you do fact gathering.

The part you miss is your knowing someone for so long.He hurt you.
It is up to you to, but give yourself time.I think it would be unfair(that sounds weird since he did wrong),to both of you to get into a cycle of forgive and anger, forgive then more anger.
And he has to be patient with you and respect your feelings.
When someone cheated on me,and I kicked them out.I was angry, and missing the routine of our life together. As a few days past , I began thinking he's going to go to someone else. So, I have to hurry and make up my mind.
It's important to realize ,people can make it work .But, don't rush back without really "talking to each other",or rush back for the wrong reasons!
Take care!

Dear Friend,
There is no one in the earth who is perfect.First understand that. Any one who is here in the earth has the feeling of love, sex, desire etc..But we should not be cheated from others. We can forgive our friends/lover for once or twice if then also they are cheating u then quit them and get a FRIEND not a lover.Friendship can only help us!!

You shouldn't feel guilty about it, since he obviously doesn't deserve a second chance now. He's begging you to go back to him just so you could get hurt again. Don't fall for him, control your feelings, and ask your closest friends for help & support. if he can easily leave the flat without second thoughts or regret, then he's not worth it.

I hate to say this, but if he loved you he wouldn't have cheated on you. Stay strong and with time the pain will go away. I know this from personal experience.

On the lips? cause if it was just cheek then it coulda been like a friendly kiss, not like a i like you kinda kiss, well sounds like deep down you have forgivin him, so i would talk to him about it before hes like screw this im leaving, apparantly she doesnt want me anymore, you dont want him to have that kind of attitude, so ask him why, and then ask if he regrets it, and ask if he will do it again, say to him how much it hurt you, and how you wish he wouldnt have, if hes anything like him, you might as well be punching him, lol, i hate when i hur tpeople, i dont purposly do it, but when i do, it sucks, lol. Well try that, should work.

Well, for me, give him another chance try to forgive him.

Forgiveness is freeing up and putting to better use the energy once consumed by holding grudges, harboring resentments, and nursing unhealed wounds. It is rediscovering the strengths we always had and relocating our limitless capacity to understand and accept other people and ourselves.....God bless and be kind to him!
