The fact that so many believe such a patently unscriptural belief is powerful proof that this world is under the control of unseen wicked forces.
...(John 14:30) The ruler of the world is coming. And he has no hold on [Jesus]
...(2 Corinthians 4:4) The god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.
...(1 John 5:19) The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one.
Ironically, the shaky foundations of trinitarianism rest on dubious misapplications of perhaps ten bible verses. By contrast, entire passages and important bible concepts literally require Jesus the Son to be a separate person from God the Father. Who created Jesus? To whom did Jesus pray? Who resurrected Jesus? At whose right hand does Jesus sit?
Jehovah's Witnesses believe that their worship is a restoration of biblical Christianity, as practiced by the apostles and first century Christians. They recognize Christ himself (and the apostles to a much lesser extent) as the "foundation" of true Christian worship. Of course, the bible teaches that God Himself is the "builder".
(Isaiah 28:16) Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said: “Here I am laying as a foundation in Zion a stone, a tried stone, the precious corner of a sure foundation.
(Acts 4:10-11) Jesus Christ the Nazarene... This is ‘the stone that was treated by you builders as of no account that has become the head of the corner.’
(Revelation 21:14) The wall of the city also had twelve foundation stones, and on them the twelve names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.
(Hebrews 11:10) the city having real foundations, the builder and maker of which city is God.
Really, it is the bible rather than any human tradition, catechism, or post-biblical writing which can reveal the truth about Jesus Christ.
Jehovah's Witnesses are Christians; they teach that Christ was and is divine and of the same nature as God. What does the bible teach about Jesus?
Jehovah's Witnesses understand the bible to teach that no salvation occurs without Christ, that accepting Christ's sacrifice is a requirement for true worship, that every prayer must acknowledge Christ, that Christ is the King of God's Kingdom, that Christ is the head of the Christian congregation, that Christ is immortal and above every creature, even that Christ was the 'master worker' in creating the universe!
Jehovah's Witnesses love and respect and honor Christ. However, Jehovah's Witnesses believe that the Scriptures quite plainly demonstrate that Jesus and the Almighty are separate distinct persons, and the Almighty created Jesus as His firstborn son.
(Colossians 1:15) the firstborn of all creation
(Mark 10:18) Jesus said to him: 'Why do you call me good? Nobody is good, except one, God.
(Revelation 3:14) the Amen says, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation by God
(Philippians 2:5-6) Christ Jesus, who, although he was existing in God's form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God
(John 8:42) Neither have I come of my own initiative at all, but that One sent me forth
(John 12:49) I have not spoken out of my own impulse, but the Father himself who sent me has given me a commandment as to what to tell and what to speak
(John 14:28) I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am
(1 Corinthians 15:28) But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him
(Matthew 20:23) this sitting down at my right hand and at my left is not mine to give, but it belongs to those for whom it has been prepared by my Father
(1 Corinthians 11:3) I want you to know that the head of every man is the Christ; ...in turn the head of the Christ is God
(John 20:17) I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.
(Deuteronomy 6:4) Jehovah our God is one Jehovah
(1 Corinthians 8:4-6) There is no God but one. For even though there are those who are called "gods," whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many "gods" and many "lords," there is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him
Thanks again for an opportunity to share what the bible actually says about the distinct persons of Jesus Christ the Son and Jehovah God the Father!

The Bible does not teach that God is trinity.
Who or what God is of great importance to forming a relationship with him.
You've heard how people react when, for example, after 30 years of marriage, a woman finds out that her husband lied about his age, background and name. It does not matter how much time they've had together- she realises that she does not REALLY know him and that changes everything in their relationship.
The principle applies in that you cannot have a true relationship with God if you do not know his true identity. Also, the trinity doctrine blocks a lot of other truths in the Bible.
Like;
1. Why would GOD's death pay the ransom for man? Isn't that OVERPAYING?
2. How can God die?
3. God cannot sin, so how does Jesus' resisting temptation serve as an example to us who CAN be tempted into sin?
and so on.
EDIT: It feels good having a relationship with the One True God, not a mysterious godhead. Does that help?

well I believe in the Trinity and it adds to the amazingness of my Lord. It also helps propel my growth in my beliefs because I have no choice but to in order to understand the concept. I also feel sad that this concept has caused great discenscion between some churches and it has taken us away from fruitful persuits. Jesus is alive, Jesus is alive in me through his Holy spirit and one day I will be able to be with my Father in heaven. The important thing is that Jesus is the way to salvation and I'm glad I have a relationship with him.

It doesn't. The trinity is a false doctrine.
The Illustrated Bible Dictionary records: "The word Trinity is not found in the Bible. . . It did not find a place formally in the theology of the church till the 4th century."
The New Catholic Encyclopedia admits that the Trinity "is not. . . directly and immediately the word of God."
The Encyclopedia of Religion admits: "Theologians today are in agreement that the Hebrew Bible does not contain a doctrine of the Trinity."
The New Catholic Encyclopedia also admits: "The doctrine of the Holy Trinity is not taught in the Old Testament."
The Encyclopedia of Religion says: "Theologians agree that the New Testament also does not contain an explicit doctrine of the Trinity."
The New Encyclopedia Britannica reports: "Neither the word Trinity nor the explicit doctrine appears in the New Testament."
The New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology confirms: "The New Testament does not contain the developed doctrine of the Trinity."

I understand it , which is more than most people can say. The way it is taught is incorrect.......there surely is a Father, son, and Holy spirit, but they are not "equal." Jesus said "the Father is greater than I." This indicates inequality. The Son and the Spirit operate beneath the Father, who is God. The son and the spirit are divine in nature, but do not stand equal to the Father. This way, the doctrine of oneness of god has not been violated.

there isn't disbelief in my life ; God the father set everything in motion ; God sent his son, part of him , to show us the way, show us forgiveness and mercy by delivering the message ; to walk in our shoes and experience what we experience as mankind; when Jesus ascended into heaven , God left the Holy Spirit here to guide us ; the basic idea is that God has never left us alone and provides part of himself all the time out of his love for his creations of all kinds. It is like a parent that seems to have eyes in the back of their head to always know what their children are doing in forms of messages from others, Jesus, the Holy Spirit

Simple , I don´t like to eat ......something that suppodsly is good when is not... why , Why I have to eat that?
Do you understand the concept? God is a cake, a cake can be divided in three parts one third of the cake is the whole cake.
God is three, Jesus is god , his father is God and the holy spirit is God.
So Jesus is his own father and his own Holy spirit but nobody call Jesus holy spirit, why? if he is the same you can call him the holy spirit? but nobody do it....
also 1x1x1=1 What? is God a number that you can apply the conmutative law?
That would fit if God is a cake or a number but he is a person.

The number one job of every Christian is to eventually come to know and love God ... ALL of him.
The Trinity doctrine is about as fundamental to the Christian church as anything else.
Anyone who rejects the Trinity cannot possibly know God ... in the biblical sense ... or in any other.
Case closed.
