Just be nice to her. Don't lead her on but don't ignore her or turn her away. If she lets you know that what you suspect is true, just say that you appreciate her company as a fellow worker and want to continue a pleasant working relationship with her but that you cannot be involved further than that. Then have lunch with her, as a friend.

A kind person would not mention the attributes you find unpleasing. Just keep it simple and say you enjoy her friendship but don't feel romantically interested at all. That will suffice.
Cheers

Well, don't be rude with her. Nothing is complete and thus nothing is exempt from criticism........The bottom line is that people are never perfect, but love can be.
Try to explain to her that you are not interested having relationship just now, you just want a plain friendship...Good luck!

you don't say something like that at all. You distance yourself professionally and tell her she's nice but you are interested in someone else...keep your prejudices to yourself. I'm not judging you as we all have preferences and prejudices but we need to use a filter between our brains and our mouths. it is very annoying to have unwanted attention. perhaps you have boundary issues you need to address

dont tell her that you dont find her attractive... that the worst thing you could do to a girl. Just tell her that you dont feel the same way and that shes just not your type x

How do you think of her as a friend if you're so down grading... man i wouldn't even wanna know what your friends think of you if you're that shallow and rude... How do you know she loves you? Maybe that's just what you assume.. maybe she thinks you look like a but dwelling monkey. sounds like you're really in love with yourself it's not her that's in love.

Tell her you don't date people you work with.
Most of all be nice when you tell her.
If you hurt her feelings it will only cause more harm then good.

Maybe say that you're seeing someone. Or that you're not looking for someone at the moment.
