Im not good at confronting guys because I dont want to be judged, but when I get to know guys, they tend to like me. Oh, and Im also a guy. Aka, Im gay.

First of all I think you need to make yourself happy. When I am in good form, I am open, friendly to everyone and looking to have fun. People like this, not just guys. I help keep myself in this mood, by trying to be positive, exercise, good food, looking after my appearance, laughing as much as I can, etc. These things help make someone become attractive as they are happy in their own skin, people like that. I would suggest that you focus on friends, good times, family as well so you're not just looking for a guy, but looking to have fun. It always tends to be at these times when I don't look I find.

if you want guys to like you for you, be yourself, and be upfront with them from the beginning. like, if you want them to be your friend, it would be good to let them know that they are not gonna feel weird around you, by letting them know you don't think of them in that way. that you want them to think of you as a friend. straight guys can get insecure around people who are gay because they fear that they may have a crush on them, and they find that disturbing. if you want a gay guy to like you, as like a crush, just be yourself.
