What you see with your eyes is nothing but mere illusion and the ultimate truth lies hidden deep inside you. Nothing lasts long here, and something experienced from within is eternal. How far do you agree and give your views?

What you see with your eyes is valuable beyond belief (literally). The eternal is illusion - reality involves change, and it is only human weakness that makes us so yearn for the eternal that we reject reality in order to convinvce ourselves that we've found it.

Look.... wat I tell... is and will be really difficult to accept but as time passes one tends to realise this truth....The soul is eternal and it is in a constant process of evolution...every time it enters a earthly form i.e. it takes birth, there are some lessons it learns from that life...yes it is like school nd college ..but the thing is the time duration is infinite..every lesson it learns (soul) it becomes more mature nd devine...once it has contemplated all that has to be learnt , that soul becomes god.
Now i suggest u to read wat u asked once again....the first part of ur question , which says "What you see with your eyes is nothing but mere illusion and the ultimate truth lies hidden deep inside you." this is the real question nd the answer knowingly or unknowingly has been given by u in the very next statement..."Nothing lasts long here, and something experienced from within is eternal. "
I think if u can see thru ur own question then ur doubt will definitely be cleared...
"I'D LIKE TO SUGGEST U TO READ THIS BOOK..."MANY LIVES" ND "ONLY LOVE IS REAL" BY DR.BRIAN WEISS"...Please do read them....i think many of ur questions will be answered... May ur prayers be answered..God bless u

The illusion is what your mind says you see. The illusion is not out there somewhere it is the way your mind interprets what you see. Separation is the illusion. One way to see this is by looking within and taking the viewpoint of the watcher. Eventually you will see with crystal clear vision the reality of what is.

I see the exact opposite to you, when I look out on mountains or dales I see the beauty and reality, sometimes it's bright and alive and sometimes it's hostile and dangerous but I love it all the same, what is inside suffers most from illusion and delusion, the mind can be a terrible thing,ie depression etc..

Whatever you see is an illusion b'cos everything keeps changing, that's true & no doubt about it.

Then what is true & how do you see the world ?

There is another dimension & that is the root of the Universe, which is static & if you know & realize it, then you will be able to see the whole Universe.

I agree about eyes seeing only illusion (as matter is not exactly solid) but there is no such thing as "ultimate truth" and nothing lasts forever.

I wouldn't say this world is an "illusion" but I do agree with the fact what lies hidden inside us is what is important, real and will be eternal. Jesus said, "The kingdom of God is within you."

I do not know whether everything is illusion, but I can say that nothing is permanent here, everything here is going towards destruction. But Wise people say that this world is Illusion, how far it is true I need to realize!!

I think this world is bound by cause and effect, we are bound here my many threads, we are suffering, if we break the threads we are free.

The whole unverse itself is an illusion. It is the philosophy of the Hindus and it is scientifically true. The unverse does not remain thesame .but continues to undergo changes .it changes from one to another .so what we see is not permanent but transient .But all these changes are happenting in the cosmos - the infinite space which alone is everlasting and continues to chrurn out everything incessantly. That pervades everything .

I disagree whole-heartedly. What we can see and detect with our other senses is the only thing we CAN know.
This exact debate was settled when the scientific method was developed. Before then, everyone thought that you could find truth in any way you wanted. From that point on it became clear that the scientific method was the only way we could arrive at clear, testable truths. Any other attempt to arrive at truth is just superstition and mysticism.
Without seeing and exploring our world around us, we wouldn't even have computers, nor yahoo answers to ask that question in the first place!

Agree with the content. We must make efforts to realise hidden truth within us.
