i'm 13 years old, with the height of 5'5", i currently weigh 98 to 99lbs. the BMI chart saids that i'm underweight. i kno i'm unhealthy and all but i'm really scared of weighing over 100lbs. i don't kno why. everytime i reach 100, i freak out and start not to eat. i skip eating breakfast and dinner. now that i've done it for so long, i don't get hungry. i'm not anorexite cause i still eat lunch and i kno i should be eating more healthy, but i just can't! i still think of myself as fat though i am only 98lbs. i really need help.

Yes, you do need help. You should seek out counseling. There's nothing magic about 100 lbs. You should get your parents to assist you in seeking out counseling...especially if you KNOW all the things you say you know but are unable to get past it on your own.
Good luck.

Ask yourself what it is about "100lbs" that is so significant to you. Write down anything that comes to you, pages and pages. Write freely with no concerns about what is coming out. Also ask yourself this question before going to sleep at night. The answer might come to you in a dream.
You may not get any clear answers straight away - then again you might. But it is a good exercise that will at least get you pointed in the right direction. It may also lead you to discover that there is another deeper issue that your subconcious wants to address. Don't give up, no matter how many setbacks and don't freak out. Chill out with friends. A good gabfest will also show you that others (everyone just about) has or has had similar problems. Best wishes, jen

Oh, no need for you to worry!!!!! All you have to do is simply drink 10-15 glasses of water a day. Then DO NOT drink carbonated drinks, juices and coffee. DO NOT eat spicy, salty, fatty and sweet food. Eat only fruits and vegetables everyday. Try it!
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. I am now on my 17th month of maintaining my weight from 59-62 kilos.
Cheers!!!!!! GOD BLESS THE CHILD.

You do have good answers but your weight should be per chart, within + or - 10 pounds.
Gallon of water is about 7 pounds and you need to drink it every day.

You should not freak out about weighing over a hundred pounds. My friend is 105 and 5'5 and she still looks skinny. It's ok to go over 100 you will still look skinny and beautiful. So please start eating more.

Buy a balance with kilograms instead of lb... maybe that helps the frustration with the number 100

It sounds like you're suffering from OCD, since you're obsessed with being under 100 lbs. You need to get some help.

I'm 5'4 and 16 years old at 93 pounds. My docs say I'm thin, but okay. You need to eat. I do, I just can't gain anything..it sucks! You sound anorexic to me. You should tell someone about this.

This is not the age to be worrying about that. You ARE underweight, and if this makes you happy, then perhaps you will be happy to know you are screwing up your reproductive organs.
