Is it possible to get a administrater powers in guest or limited user mode in windows xp sp2?

recent days i face some problems in windows xp because i forgot my administrater password so don't do some works like install the softwares,windows & anti-virus update and many more works. could anybody help me

GOOGLE for "find XP password" or similar . .
NO way to get admin rihts without an admin level account

Create another user with admin rights. Of upgrade the limited account to administrator. The same question was asked a few minutes ago and the way to do it is also narrated. Just search yahoo answers
