Gia,
Ask God to help you - even if it is every second - get into a church with a program that can help you get through this time. I pray you will choose not to use and hang in there - seek help.
You need people to be with who understand where you are at and are only a phone call away. Useful prayer:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things i cannot change.
The courage to change the things i can.
And the wisdom to know the difference.
Sobriety is not easy - nor is being a Christian
God loves you and so do I
you are not alone
read the bible and stick with simple prayers
know God hears you and will answer your hearts cry
stay away from people to do drugs or drink and go to AA if you can't find a fellowship in a church to help. If your truly ready you will do whatever it takes. I'm sure I'm not just speaking for myself when i say you are loved and cared about, there are a lot of us out here that are standing in the gap for you.
Praying for you
Aimee

You sound like me when i was 13.
you need to talk to someone you trust, No man can help you or anything you've listed. But you have to be a woman and hold on.
I was a cutter, because i was under alot of stress because i was bullied at school because i was a pom. Trust me it doesn't work! it just leaves scars and pain.
You need to keep a diary and write all your happy , angry , depressed and sad feelings down. Then look back on all the things that made you smile!
But wanting your life to be over isn't ok and you need help. The best thing to do is talk to your mum or Dad.
Or you can talk to me! mcbain.ellie@yahoo.com.au
And with your sleep problems you need to talk to a doctor.
Also....
What made this happen?
If it was a boy thing then don't ever whish your life away! eva! vist these links

www.libragirl.com.au
these will help you alot!
Good luck honey.

You need to see a professional. If you can't afford it, look up social services in your area and call them and ask for free mental health counseling AND a physical exam. A Suicide Hotline might also have information where you can go for free help. Sometimes feeling hopeless and depressed has to do with a simple physical chemical inbalance. Once they get the inbalance fixed you will feel fine again. If your body has some chemical inbalance nothing will make you feel better until a doctor helps you get back in order again. The following website has lots of information and useful help links for you:

Gia...I know a lot of people have offered great words of advice. I'm wanting to ask God to give you the strength to look upward, and find Him still waiting for you. I am not saying the other's advice of medical consultations is not without merit, for it is...but as much of as this may sound like a cliche - I find this to be so true...when faced with a God sized hole in my heart, only God Himself could fill this.
Someone once told me some wise words. When the heart searches the whole world, and does not find anything to fulfill it's desire, that should tell me my heart was created for something beyond this worldly experience.
I would like you to know...from someone who has faced a dark night himself, I will be praying and asking my precious Lord, to please...give you the strength to hold on... to hear His call to your heart and to know His arms are wide open for you.

why don't you want to live anymore? more than likely it's for a fixable reason. It may not seem like there is some sort of outcome now but there will be at the end. So don't do it because you're going to affect those that truly love you the most. you're only thinking about yourself at this moment and you need to think about how their lives are going to be affected.

I was in the same exact position in January-May.
I just made myself busy with friends and family.
It worked because I never thought about hurting/killing myself during that time.
Instead of succluding yourself, do something. Even though you don't want to, it'll make you feel better.
Family is good, but you were born with them, so they don't really choose you. The kinda have to love you. But friends DO choose you, so don't take that for grantid.
I'm not 100% better still, but life doesn't suck for me anymore. And all of this showed me how good friends can be.

Try the link below...
They are there 24/7 and will help you every way they can.
Stay clear of Alcohol as that will make you more depressed, Smoking will do nothing but could give you cancer.
Prayer may help depending on your beliefs and Religion, taking to a head of your Religion may help too.
Seeing a Doctor will help but do not let him over medicate you, it may get rid of the systoms but not the problem.
Reaching out to somebody will help you, so feel free to contact myself , as I have been where you are now and there is a answer and help, you just have to look for it....

Gia - I want to let you know that I am praying for you. Life is hard and most of the time things do not make sense. God loves you through those times and is there for you. There is a song by Barlow Girl that has a great line to keep in mind. "I believe in the sun even when it stops shining, i believe in love even when i don't feel it, and i believe in God even when He is silent."
God Bless you Gia
I will pray for you
If you need to talk feel free to email or IM me

i have had tried to kill myself in the past. but killing yourself is not an option, go to the doctor, try new meds, i am going through a severe depression, and i also have a schizo affective disorder, and i want to be a psychiatrist, i sleep all day and i feel like a piece of ****, but im hoping that one day ill be better, and that im gonna be able to reach my goals, go and see a doctor, or call 911 and tell them what you are feeling like so they would send an ambulance or maybe a cop, dont get scared if a cop comes to your house and takes you in his car, he is going to take you to the hospital, and the doctors are going to help you, do not do anything stupid, remember, what if after you attempt against your life, you survive, and you become useless, you mutilate yourself and then somebody is going to have to wipe your butt for the rest of your life, think about that, your life is very precious and you are a cute girl too.

Notice the little wonders around you. Stop examining within and look outside. Don't dwell on the past, look towards the future. Look at a real sunset. Smell fresh brewed coffee in the morning. Listen to others problems, maybe yours aren't so bad...
