how would i go by stopping a the wrong letter from being mailed to a person?

i have placed the wrong paperwork into the mailbox and it has left from my destination but it havent reached the other destination can some one please help me out. i live in oklahoma. would anyone know a 1800 number

the postal service isn't that efficient. Sorry, but there's probably little you can do other than stake out their mailbox!

It's too late. The letter is probably already enroute to the recipient.

Resend the letter and address it correctly to the intended person.

if u didnt mail it in certified then ur out of luck!
