my heels hurt and my calves hurt equally as well?

you need to go to a foot Dr and have him make you some inserts custom made to your feet. they will stop the pain and help straighten your spine. they are costly though...about $400-600. they are well worth it as you can take them out of your boots and use them with any other shoe. if you can't afford that, buy an insole that is very stiff. I'm talking hard! you need to support your feet NOT cushion them. good luck...buddy

Dude....go buy some Birkenstocks....and place the sole into your everyday work boot....this is usually made of cork...which over time will conform to the shape of your foot....I used to put them in my fire boots....and they worked great especially on those structure fires where I would be in my boots for 8-10 hours at a time.....Good Luck with the feet Buddy....

You already found the culprit "the police boots" I don't know what these are and, never heard of them.

I can't believe that your department won't let you buy the black tennis made for this, granted they're about $80.00 but will last for years, they're light and airy and, made for walking. Get with it, your the one suffering.
