They can deny you if they do not feel you need them, and with you having no insuranse they will not run costly tests unless they feel they are totally 100% nessasarry. The thing is about E.R's is you walk in and start demanding tests they also can deny you treatment.

Personally to me, having it myself and having been in the health field for 15 year you described sounds like arthritis or some kind of disorder like that. The part that struck me what "my ribs swell up" For one ribs are bone and do not swell at all BUT the cartlage inbetween the ribs can and it is very painful and feels like you are being squeezed, it is called costalcondritis(inflamation of the cartlage) the best treatment for arthrisitis is go to the doctor for medication but if you can not do that try taken 800mg of a anti-inflamtory medication like Ibyprofin or motrin NOT TYLENOL you can take that amount safly twince a day. However it could take a few days for it to fill your sysytem and start really working.
But as always the best and safest bet is to see a doctor, a ER with not do much of anything for arthritis if that is even it. If you do see a doctor keep a journal of everything you feel so they can see if there is a pattern or what part is hurting or not. Once I though I damaged my hip but found out it was my knee the pain radated to my hip because of how I was walking. Sometimes not all is what it seems and it is possible that something else totally differant is causing all of your pain.

you're entitled to an emergency screening examination to verify no remember if there is an emergent scientific difficulty. the certainty that that is been occurring for 4 months especially plenty excludes that threat, and that's that. it is likewise especially absurd to think of the scientific expert could be obligated to do something for you. he's doing sufficient artwork for loose as that's. i'm getting the effect the two out of your placed up and a brilliant style of others that there is an theory that emergency physicians have some magical source of earnings, and that i assure you that it is not so. the government demands that they provide the scientific screening examination yet does not pay a purple cent for it.

You definitely should go to the nearest ER as soon as possible. Something's going on here that needs looking after.
