Honestly i want an answer as to how this can be explained without forgetting the fact that God knows everything before hand and God never makes mistakes. So if that is true, why would he create a situation that would require Cain to procreate with his sisters? I can't figure out any alternatives to explain how we ever got beyond Adam, Eve and Cain.

The limitations of the human mind.
The one who thought of 'God creating' was so engrossed in his theory that he/she left a big loophole at the very beginning.
But the smart ones today come out with arguments such as 'creation' is an ongoing process it did not end with 'creating' Adam and Eve.

God never truly allowed the procreation to occur because without Satans involvement no children would have been born in the first place. without the fruit of knowledge or satan tempting eve there would not have been any procreation. and by saying that im also stating that god does not know and control everything. if that were true then why would any of the things this question is about happen in the first place? if it is true then it just shows how god is a sick minded being for wanting to see so many people suffer when it could have been just 2 in paradise.

When humans were given the knowledge of good and evil they were able to procreate but without eating from the tree of life they had become mortal and needed to bear children in order to survive. if god would have let satan give the humans fruit from the trees of knowledge and life then adam and eve would have been as angels and lived in heaven, but of course god didnt want that. he wanted to have his own little pets that he could create, destroy, and torture.

Hail Satan
Hail Azazel

Long live the Empire of the Beast

In the beginning, Adam and Eve were the only parents, so if their children were going to marry, they had to marry siblings. Nowadays, that isn't necessary. I'm not really sure when the prohibition of incest was first formed. I don't recall anything in the Bible about it. Adam and Eve had lived in paradise (the Garden of Eden) and were perfect before they sinned. Their genes hadn't been subjected to millenia of radiation and other things that destroy genetic material. As the earth aged, people developed more and more defective genes, and the result is that we have genetic diseases. When sisters and brothers, or first cousins, marry, there is a chance that they will both give their babies the gene for the defect. So societies try to avoid it. It also seems to be instinctive. Even pagan cultures often don't practice incest. But although I am certain that it was acceptable for Adam and Eve's children to intermarry, I don't really know when incest became wrong.

God did NOT forbid incest until AFTER Noahs' flood. Humans were created so perfectly that even after sin began to ruin their bodies they still lived for hundreds of years. Early humans had NO defective genes. As time went on, some genes became defective. After the flood, much more cosmic radiation reached people on Earth, and that made people live shorter lives, and it also damaged more of their genes. Until Noahs' flood, there was a 'crystal canopy' of ice around the planet, above the atmosphere. This reflected most harmful radiation back into space, so it never harmed anyone. Part of what caused Noahs' flood was God shattering the canopy, and letting the melted ice fall to earth as rain. God may have done this by directing a meteor to smash into the canopy. After the flood, more people had more defective genes, and near relatives inherited many of the same defects from one another. THEN incest became dangerous, so THEN God forbad incest. This was no mistake. It was part of the plan all along. Until God forbad incest, there was nothing wrong with incest. While it was harmless, God allowed incest. Once it would be harmful, God forbad incest. It is like society allowing people to swim in a river...until the river becomes so polluted that swimming in it causes cancer, or such, and then swimming in that river is outlawed. How hard is that to understand?

I'm not a historian or a scholar but I have read the Bible and although it leaves room for many questions, you can look at it this way. In the begining Adam and Eve populated the earth. Groups were then formed, such as the descendants of Abraham, etc. If you look at the old testament, it reads kind of like a family tree. This in my opinion displays how the earth was expanding and growing. It was at this point, in my opinion, that incest (relations with anyone inside your immediate family) became a sin. It makes sense, because physical lust toward a parent or a sibling at this point would have destroy the relationship/foundation that held the family together. There was also the tower of Babel, where further groups/nations were formed. So, to sum it up, incest became a sin when it became a sinful thing to do.

Not everyone who was created was named in the Bible. Adam and Eve were just the first. If you really want to see how stupid this question is, read Genesis 4:16-17. Cain's wife was a woman of the land of Nod, not his sister.

God said that everything He made was good, after man He
said everything is very good. The gene pool was perfect at
the time & seeing as Adam lived 930 years, I am sure they
had many sons & daughters. See Gen 5;4. I am sure that
after Cain & Abel, they had sons & daughters. Adam was 130
when Seth was born, so many sons & daughters had already
left home. At this time they probably did not even know what
incest mean't. The reason only the sons were named is
because Adam & Eve were waiting for the son who would
save them from their sin. Cain proved not to be the one as
he showed when he killed Abel, who they had seen was the
one who the line was to come through. See Gen 4:25, Seth
was the one instead of Abel through whom the Messiah
would come. AS this is a Jewish/Israelite history of the worlds
beginning, it starts off generally & then narrows it down to the
the line through which the Messiah would come, Noah, Shem,
Eber, Nahor, Abraham,Isaac,Jacob, & his 12 sons. Judah one of the sons through whom the Messiah came. Pity they do
not believe their own history book. This not the full geneology,
for the sake of space see the whole book of Genesis. When
they were given the commandments at Sinai, many more
laws/rules were spelled out by God, some of which the
children of Israel were already doing. At this time it was made clear not to marry brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, two sisters &
many other commands to Israel. By this time it was about
2600 years into history, & the gene pool was getting weaker.
Science has proved that ALL of mankind came from a
common ancestor, which proves the Bible correct. If you
think about it we could be married to our cousin 100,000
times removed, maybe more. We are all related to each other.
Our heavenly Father knows the beginning from the end, so we
should not we worrying about endless genealogies, as long
as today we do not marry our immediate ,brothers, sisters,
cousins, aunts, uncles, daughters, sons etc. As you said YHWH
God does not make mistakes.

Do your homework, there were other people, from the kingdom of zmargados, where the first woman, Lilith fled, and the Land of Nod, where the second, nameless wife of adam was exiled to--Both of these women mated with fallen angels, creating halfbreed humans, called cambions and Lilin, whom God later had to eradicate with the global flood because they had evolved into monsters--doesn't anybody read anymore?
