God is Spirit and His Word is written in the "Book in our heart" not the Book written on paper. Does that clarify a little for the Catholic lady?

The Bible is indeed Inspired. Holy men of God inspired by the Holy Spirit wrote as they are lead in their various unique circumstances and situations ; and it need equally inspired men to received What They Holy Spirit has written. Only the Author of the Bible - the Holy Spirit can reveal those words written in code to understand what God is saying to His sons.
Using the human intellect and the natural mind can never de-code what God has written in code are clearly spelled out by God Himself.
The carnal mind can never understand God!

Yes the Holy Spirit led to 33,000 denominations.
What a weak God that is.
I happen to worship the One True God.
Who founded a Church upon the foundation of the Apostles with Christ as the corner stone.
I believe the word of God and it tells me that the Church is the pillar and foundation of the truth not some man and his 21st century interpretation of the Holy Word of God.

Your statement "NOT THE BIBLE" is false. God gave use the Holy Scriptures and the Holy Ghost to interpret them for us(not for private interpretation). You are leaving the Holy Scriptures out but that was not God's plan.
The Holy Bible was written by holy men of God as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
2 Timothy 3:15-17 (King James Version)
15And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
2 Peter 1:19-25 (King James Version)
19We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:
20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.
21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Why should you have to rely on anythiong other than them? Where are they? Why are they not here to be visible, and supportive of your trials, and tribulations, as you go through your lives. So>>>>>
I am confused! If he existed, why did he go away in the first place. Why doesn't god talk to you all and take out the guess work! What would it hurt.?
You would think it would be perfect sense, if god says,''Hey there, I am here, and if you follow my teachings, you can live with me in heaven, forever.'
Why leave a useless book, that has a rules system that was applicable, 2000 years ago.
Why does he do that???? It would make so much more sense, than to torment everyone needlessly, and make them feel alone, and helpless. if he would make his presence known to all.
WHAT SAY YOU??

The paraphrasing of the verses from John Chapter 14:16 is very weak. Maybe you should read the verse in it's context, especially where Jesus tells us HE IS the Holy Spirit, in verse 18, where he tells us, 'I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you.'
Does this instruct you a bit about the subject?
