Directly, no. China is in Asia, and America is in North America. They do not touch.

If you really wanted to, you could drive to a port and have them load your car onto a ferry or ship to cross the Pacific ocean. The closest point is the Bearing Straits in Russia that would go across to Alaska.

Actually, you could drive from China to America through Russia, North Pole, then to Alaska. There is a section in Siberia, Russia that land expeditions were made to the North Pole. There were also land expeditions made from Canada and Alaska to the North Pole. So techincally, you could travel from China to America; but it would be suicidal.
