i wan to get tribal tattoo for my back, i would like a tattoo artist who can help me make a design for it, also with reasonalbe rate. I went o few and they were unfriendly and kept tellin gme that i should some up with design. Please let me know there tel and address alabang area or makati would be great qc i wont mind too.

I think the best tribal artist these days is Dan from Calypso in Belgium. He guests in other locations or at least in January he is in NY.

If you choose someone more local, they should be able to do the design work for you for an art fee. Quite possibly you are not making it clear as to what you are looking for.

There's tattoo artists all over... I have never gotten a tattoo, but the stores are everywhere-- I even saw one in a theme park. I don't think there's much/any tattoo artists that would actually make the design, so maybe you can use your creativity to sketch out something on paper, color it, and show it to the tattoo artist.
