It is not a question of acceptance, it is a question of fact. A fact is a fact, whether a person accepts it or not.
You have a lot going on in your question. I will try to answer each individually, since a blanket answer won't cover everything adequately.
God created the angel Michael, who rebelled and was cast out of heaven along with his mutinous followers, who were also angels. Satan, who was cast out before the creation of humans, was free to do his best to do his worst among the residents of earth.
God is not testing us to see if we are 'good enough to go to heaven'. No one is or will ever be good enough to go to heaven. Humanity can access eternal reward through Christ's atoning sacrifice alone, by accepting him as Lord and Savior. It is Christ's death on the cross that matters, not how we measure up.
After salvation, we are to live a life of obedience to the commands and instructions God has set forth in his Word.
The point you made, "sometimes bad things are needed to make good things even better", is valid to a certain degree. You would think that the prospect of hell and eternal punishment would make the alternative seem that much more desirable, but it is so amazing how many people don't see it that way.
By the way, it's great that you know God is loving, and that he wants us to do well.
Hope I helped. God bless you. †

God created this perfect angel called Micheal. He started talking behind God's back to the other angels, Micheal rebelled against God. Rebellion is sin. So God kicked him out of heaven, with 1/3 of the other angels. Micheal today is known as Satan or the devil. He brought sin into this world. But if you ask God He will give you power over sin. You choose.
If your asking why God didn't just destroy Micheal then I have your answer. If he did then the other angels would just follow him because they would be scared, that if they did something wrong, then God would destroy them. But he let us choose. He is loving, He wants people to really, truly believe in Him because of love. Not a threat.

This question all leads to free will. God did not create the evil in the world. If you've read the bible then you'd know that satan was cast out of heaven as a fallen angel. Yes Adam and Eve had already been made-first human beings-. But they were not bad. Eve was tempted by the devil after he was cast out of heaven and thus evil started in the world.
God doesnt make you do evil things, you do evil things out of free will. Satan was evil out of his own free will,we all do bad things out of our own free will. And also to your question of how can we be tested if he-as in god im supposing- hasnt done anything bad is that out of gods free will he hasnt done anything bad. So out of our free will we need to try to not do anything bad but we will never be able to be a good as god,we just need to try to follow in his footsteps and live a good life. We can be as good as one can try to possibly be.
Oh and to that part were you said, "If you answer Satan well then god allows it to happen. thats still god doing it indirectly." no he is not. You have your free will to not do it. God will not stop you because he has given your free will to be able to do what you want. Do you want to be controlled and have no thoughts of your own...?
I doubt that.
Ok and last. You said that bad things are needed to make good things even better. Well that might be true if you see it that way, but there will always be bad things in this world since people make it bad. God hasnt done this to the world. He gave us a clean perfect land, But we as imperfect beings have made it this way.We have noone to blame but human beings-ourselves-.

It follows that if God is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent that he created evil and Satan and demons. Why - nobody knows. But as Adam fell he took us with him and nobody is good (Psalm 14:1) and we are all destined for hell. Now - you can whine about it until you end up there, or you can ask God to open your eyes to the truth about going to heaven instead.

I don't understand how evil could be created as it is a matter of judgment. What one believes is evil another may not. But I accept, as a Christian, that God allows it to happen and acknowledges its presence.

If one of my children grows up to paint the next greatest work of art- can I take credit for it?- get all the praise, the money, the glory?
If one of my children grows up to be the next "greatest" serial killer- through no abuse, neglect, or error on my part- can I take the credit for creating a monster?
The simple truth is, as parents are well aware, sometimes we do our very best with raising our children and they still turn out "bad". They have their own personalities and make their own choices.
There was once a beautiful angel who wanted the worship of God's creation. He should have rejected such notions. But undoubtedly he dwelled on them until they festered and gave birth to sin. That angel became Satan and Devil (meaning liar and opposer).
He convinced a third of the angels to follow after himself. Some of those angels lusted after the daughters of men so they materialized bodies for themselves and took 'all whom they chose'. The unnatural union gave rise to the Nephalim and was one of the reasons God sent the flood to destroy the earth- that is, wicked humankind.
Satan was still conversing with God in heaven at the time of Job.
It wasn't until 1914 that war broke out in heaven and Satan and his demons were permanently restricted to the vicinity of the earth. And that's why crime and suffering and war is on the rise. Satan knows he has just a "short period of time" left and he wants as many people to fall with him as possible.
**Edit**
1985... the name of the angel who became Satan isn't given. Michael is the archangel (chief of the angels and Jesus in his resurrected heavenly glory) and definitely one of the "good guys".

I agree with he last part where sometimes Gd allows bad things to happen to make things better.
because of adam and eve we are born into this world with the nature of sin. we all have sin in us but remember Jesus died on the cross for our sins. The sin will grow only if you practise that sin. for example murder is a sin, we all have the seed in us but if we water that seed it will grow so if we murder someone that is watering the seed so it will grow.
Jesus allows the devil to tempt us to see where we are at, God does not force us to do right he gives us a choice just like he gave adam and eve. it is the choices we make.
Jesus also got tempted by the devil.
