You continue to do what you are doing- students are allowed, by law to hold prayer meetings in church. Unfortunately teachers can not be apart of them, (why I don't know)- everyone else if told not to say something would cry "where is the freedom of speech" but when a Christian wants to talk about Jesus, they try to ban that- YOU ARE GREAT- there is nothing wrong with you sharing your faith with other students. Keep praying and keep talking- God will honor that

DONT WORRY

Its great that there are people like you sooo young that are already fullfilling God's will and leading souls to Christ. You worded it funny lol... but we know what u meant

I think as long as you guys say a prayer in your heads in a group setting... like a meditation... there is nothing they can do legally

In illinois where i live, the governor just passed a law.... After the pledge of allegiance everyday 10 minutes is devoted for personal silent prayer

thats a step

as long as you do not make a scene and are doing it for your own personal reasons i think they cannot intervene

There are no limitations, this is a country of freedom of speech. The only people that have limits are teachers and administration. They have to teach it in a way of culture. Most people think that there are laws that forbid us to worship and pray in school, but you can do that as often as you wish, as long as it is not directed by a paid school personal, you can have as much freedom of speech as you want and need. I was reading a few of George Washingtons quotes and I came across this one and I think how far we have come from what the Men that started and developed this Nation wanted for this Nation. They were not shy about voicing their opinions about the fact that they wanted the children to be taught the bible in the schools. George Washington said" You do well to learn our arts and way of life, and above all, the religion of Jesus Christ..... Congress will do everything they can to assist you in this wise intention." Benjamin Franklin quoted as saying History will also afford frequent opportunities of showing the necessity of a public religion and teh excellence of the Christian religion above all others, ancient or modern." And John Quincy Adams said" The first and almost the only book deserving of universal attention is the Bible." When we look at what the men that developed this Nation had in store for it, it is a shame that our elected officals have gone away from what the people want and what the men that started this nation set up. I for one am willing to fight to get the rights of Christians back and regain the ground that was taken from us. This Nation is only great because it is a Christian Nation. Take a look world wide and you will see all of the countries that worship other gods, and everyone of them suffer from poverty, lack of knowledge, they are constantly at war, and their countries are places that everyone flees from. God gave his Children this promised Land and we will loose it if we don't stand up and take back our rights as Christians and restore this Nation to one Nation under God. To the Nation that our forefathers intended it to be. So go ahead and pray, worship and teach in school as much as you please. You have freedom of speech and they can not legally stop you. I am proud of you and your efforts!

don't do the last part. You can't "target" people to follow your religion. That's an example of something you shouldn't do in a public school. If they're not following your religion, leave them alone. They have a right to follow whatever religion they want, or none at all if they choose. If that's a problem for you, then you need to go to a private christian school.

Legally, you can pray, you can pray with others, you can gather at the pole, you can display signs of your religion (to the extent it is either obligatory to your religion and not explicitly prohibited on general grounds. ex, you would not be allowed to wear a cross necklace if doing so is not required by your religion and the school has a general prohibition against jewelry).

The only thing you can not do, is to compel others to join you, or be disruptive about it.

That said, if you 'target' people, odds are you will soon be an outcast by your peers, and they are within THEIR legal rights to think you insane and ostracize you.

No one can prohibit your right to exercise your religious beliefs. You are not an authority at school, therefore you are already separated from the State. You as a citizen have the Bill of Rights on your side which give you the right to express your faith in any way you see fit.

Do not let others infringe upon your rights.

Just remember, we wrestle not against flesh & blood.

A pupil has the nicely suited to incorporate faith in a undertaking together with this, a instructor and the universal public college don't have the nicely suited to coach faith. there's a distinction. pupils have the nicely suited to desire at college however the universities can't be lead this prayer, that style of element.

You can pretty much do whatever you want, unless it violates a secular rule of some sort. For example, if people are allowed to talk, you are allowed to talk about Christianity and pray out loud. If people are allowed to wear shirts with slogans, you are allowed to wear a shirt with a Christian slogan. If people are allowed to bring their own books to school, you are allowed to bring your Bible.

But the opposite is also true. If no one is allowed to bring their own books, then you aren't allowed to bring your Bible. If no one is allowed to talk in study hall, then you aren't allowed to pray out loud or talk about God in study hall.

whatever you do in private is fine, religion is not part of the curriculum in the public school. You can have prayer groups or religious support groups but the students are not mandates to attend.

you are doing nothing that could get you in major trouble (legally or with the school) although people are not going to like being "targeted" and harrassed about converting to your religion unless the want it
