It seems to me like these are mostly myths. What I know works best for me is the Target Revitalizer for Eyes by Mary Kay. Being asian, I use to have dark saggy eyes and that doesn't look great on a 20 year old. I used it and after like a week and a half, my "bags" disappeared. But for a quicker solution, they have an eye indulging cream that instantly takes away the puffiness. Because the skin is so delicate around the eyes, you need to be careful of what you use, otherwise you can hurt it more than you know. Just be careful. At least MK products are specialized to care for the skin not hurt it. I don't have any knowledge of other products from other brands because so far, I've only seen it from MK, and it worked the first time. Let me know if you want to know more. visit my website www.marykay.com/lorredasmith or email me at lorredasmith@yahoo.com

Sometimes bags are hereditary and the only thing is an eye-lift. I'm sorry I'm sure this isn't a popular answer, but it's the truth. 2D
