The below is my semen analysis report. Please confirm the below is okay or not:
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:
Collection Time : 07:15 p.m
Examination Time : 07:45 p.m
Quantity : 3ml.
Colour : Grayish White.
Reaction : Alkaline.
Viscosity : Normal.

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION:
Total Count : 80 million/ml.
Motility : 65% are motile
Morphology : 80% have normal morphology.
Pus Cells : 2-3/HPF.

normally, semen is really alkaline in nature.

The pH doesn't matter unless you are trying to get someone pregnant, in which case, alkaline buffers are needed to protect the sperm from being killed by slightly acidic conditions from vaginal fluid. Your boys are ready to swim.
