I think it will thin out to a small group of extremists who are ostracized by society for their intolerant views and my way or the highway to hell approach.
While the numbers of athiests and agnostics will surge, more alternate religions will blossom, and a new form of very liberal Christianity will be the norm--IF it survives.

We'll see an increased connection to politics. They will eventually try to make it a Christianity vs Islam bout. Tons of people will suffer for their arrogance and self-righteousness.

The moderates will probably become more "liberal" or have more open interpretations, while the conservatives will get more fundie, and be convinced everyone else is wrong, furthering their arrogance

(I apologize to any Christians I offend by this statement.)
In a hundred year I see Christianity as a whole in great disarray. I think that it will continue to grow and reach billions of people, but it will continue to be split by numerous schisms. These splits will destroy the the ideals of Christianity, and problems will ensue because there will no longer be any Christian identity. Hopefully, I am wrong and some type of unity comes to bring humanity together.

Neither Christianity nor Judaism are in any way concerning Mithraism. As for Zoroastrianism, IF that grew to become into the seed mattress for Judaism, or a number of its innovations, that need no longer be any greater effective deal than the undeniable fact that Christianity had its origins in Judaism. Origins are beside the point, and the thought they are is a suitable logical fallacy. What concerns is even if if or no longer Judaism/Christianity is actual or no longer.
