i went 2 a movie with this girl on our first date and it went really well i think but when it was over and we talked on msn she said that it would be best to stay friends because her other 2 exs arent friends with her and she doesnt want that happening and i assured her that it wouldnt and it sounded like she beleived me but its only been 3 or 4 days since she broke up with her ex and i thought she was over him but shes not and now she said she'll see when i asked her if maybe some other time but is that good or bad i really need to know cuz its driving me crazy and i feel really bad and depressed

Clearly shes not over her ex. people cant really move on that fast...if you want it to work, give it time and try to be friends for now. Let some time pass before you try hooking up with her again (if ur willing to wait)
But heres the tricky part...when she sais shes not in friendly terms with her ex and she dosent want that to happen with you, what does she mean exactly? is she saying she dosent want to lose you as a friend? and if thats what she means, then WTF??? shes a relationship-fobe and shes wasting your time OR she just ltrying to let you down softly by saying 'lets just be friends',?
In either case, if you really like her, try and wait a while till things cool down and then ask her clearly. if she wants you two to happen, she'll let you know and if she makes excuses again, shes not worth it and dosent deserve your time and effort... theres plently of other fish in the sea :)

Whatever her reasons, she's not into you. If she was she wouldn't be concerned about her x's being her friend. It's an excuse. Plain and simple. Don't take it personally. She's probably hung up on her x still. Its hard to compete with an x. You rarely have a victory. Move on. If she is into you, why would you want to be with a girl who trips about her x's being her friend? Or who plays games like that? We all say we want to be friends with our x's. Truthfully what we want is our x's to say they dont hate us, arent mad at us and think we are the greatest they ever had or will ever have again. Do you really want to hear about your x's new love? How happy she is? How great in bed he is? Ofcourse not. Thats what friends talk about. They dont have to walk on eggshells or edit their conversations out of fear it will hurt your feelings. Dont waste your time.

date other people and don't get too attached. People who have just broke up with other ppl are bound to have trust issues and whatnot.
