For a week, I have suffered from this burning feeling in my inner thighs (not legs but seems like veins). I also have noticed that I am suffering with a migraine for the same length of time. I am concerned and will see a doctor when i return back to my home city. On vacation right now so I want advice. Is this pain in my inner thighs something I should be concerned about?

Yes, because of how long you have had the symptoms is reason for some concern for the pain in the thighs (which based on your symptoms could mean a number of things such as arthritis-which I had this kind of symptom along with muscle pain in the months before I was officially diagnosed with osteoarthritis-or an issue with nerve damage). In the mean time you can try using a warm, wet face towel on the area if a heating pad is not available to see if that helps some of the pain.
