I suppose Cuba could hire 10000 workers to THROW a rusty Russian missile at us.....

first of all, being a former navy man myself. if they attacked, we would retaliate, likely with cruise missiles, and our patriot missile batteries and aegis cruisers would take out any threats before they got within sight of the US coast. it would be a nice light show. and then we would go in and take over the country. just what we need another US protectorate to take care of.
