I am a US citizen. I want to marry a citizen of Costa Rica in the Us with a B1/B2 Visa. How do I do this?

You can marry anytime in Las Vegas but be sure to get a marriage license from the Costa Rican Embassy if you want the marriage to be validly registered.

Many foreign tourists marry in the US. You can marry your Costa Rican fiance under the laws of whichever state where you yourself live.

Once married, since you are a US citizen, you can apply for permanent resident status for him/her, which - unless there is another ineligibility - can be granted without your new spouse having to leave the US.
