Yes. This is a Healdsburg Inn Quiche. It is made with biquick and should help with the crust problem.

Spray Pam and Layer the bottom of a glass baking dish with shredded cheese mixture.(about 2 cups) Then add chopped peppers, onions, mushrooms, cooked sausage or what ever else you want. Then in another bowl mix 5 eggs, I cup of milk and 3/4 cup of bisquick. Pour this on top and microwave. I guess you will have to experiment on how long depending on how much you put into it and the watts. Try 10 min. first and then check after. Fork should come out clean when the egg mixture is set.

Bisquick Quiche Crust

Here is one I have used that is quite good.

Quiche Lorraine

Frozen Pie Crust
6 slices bacon
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1. Bake pie shell as directed in a microwave safe pie plate..
2. Cook bacon. Either fry and drain or or cook in the microwave. To cook in microwave use a shallow glass baking dish. Put a paper towel in the bottom and arrange bacon, cover with a paper towel. Cook 4 minuets or until browned. Let stand 2 minuets to crisp.
3. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie crust.
4. Mix eggs, half-and-half, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over ingredients in pie crust. Cook in microwave for 3 to 7 minutes, or until center is nearly set; rotate the dish once.
5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Sure. Quiche is a savory custard. Best to plan a crust-less quiche, as crusts don't microwave all too well. Just modify a sweet custard microwave recipe and make individual quiches!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOgRh

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I just made one with smashed leftover roasted potatoes, bacon, spring onions, spinach, bacon , cheese, cream cheese, nutmeg and 3 eggs. I put paprika on top. 7 minutes in the microwave - no mess. BTW no crust either; good gluten free fare.

well....the eggs will be fluffy and fine, but the crust will not be what you expect it to be
so, if you must use a microwave, make more like a casserole with bread crust chunks instead of a pie crust

yes! It is even easier that way. You can't burn it and it fluffs up much better than in a pan. Microwaves are perfect for this, fish, and squash.
