Hi.. Sorry, you answered my question and I don't quite know how to reply back or contact you, so I'm asking a question in this answer. How would I go about asking for a pre-trial diversion? I don't get a court date in the mail for another I think 4-5 weeks. Also, do you know if this will show up when I apply for colleges?

your criminal record is a lifelong record... not like your credit report, where things drop off after a few years. If you are arrested, it'll stay on your record unless it is removed from the record by Court order.
