No, seriously, it somewhat depends on what kind of boss he or she is. If there are problems, try to find a way to phrase it that gets the point across but doesn't lay too much blame. And be sure to mention the things that are helpful that your boss does.

~It would depend on the day of the week, the hour of the day, the phase of the moon, how the day has been going, the number of people driving me nuts, the mood I'm in, how busy I am and whether I'm hungry or not.
If you asked me on a calm day, I'd probably tell you I had a great boss. If you asked me on a crazy day, I'd probably rip your head off for interrupting me for such trivial crap.
