As I mentioned before, it only takes 1 inappropriate message to be illegal. It wouldn't matter if it was today, or 4 days ago.

The fact you posted this 5 times makes me think you know you did wrong, you are just hoping someone points out a technical loophole.

BASED ON THE EVIDENCE I WANTED, YOU ARE
"GUILTY."

1) BY POSSESSION OF EVIDENCE ( IE TXT MESSAGES)

2) UNDER TEXT MESSAGES, YOU SHOWED EVIDENCE OF WHAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR?
OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A HARASSMENT CASE OR SOMETHING TO DO WITH TXT THREATS ETC?

3) REALIZE THIS-- IT IS ALSO A FEDERAL VIOLATION FOR USE OF A TXTING COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE. ( EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) (INVASION OF PRIVACY) TORTS LAW SECTION 46, 652 B TO 652 E CAN BE APPLIED AGAINST YOU.

4) ALSO BE APPRAISED THAT UNDER 47 USC 151 -613 (1988) THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934. YOU ARE IN DIRECT VIOLATION.

Just be a grown up. Admit you did wrong and move on. This not the crime of the century. Pay a fine and move on. Your not going to prison. You did it, just own up to it and the judge will have leniency on you. If this the first time.

These "technical loopholes" are called laws.

I strongly suggest hiring an attorney and telling him your entire story. If you don't have any attorney I suggest you just tell them you will not answer questions unless your attorney is present (unless they ask for your name and address).

The less you say, the less it can be used against you. Just get a lawyer. If you get arrested and do not have a lawyer, one will be provided to you.
