lotion lotion! are you frictioning your elbows on something ?
Like me.. in volleyball, I'd usually have to dive for the ball (causing my elbows to run across the floor )

But, other than that. LOTION! :D

If you spend long periods of time leaning on your elbows they could rub against your shirt or whatever surface you're leaning on and become rough....I usually do my homework on the floor in my room (because I concentrate better lying down for some reason lol), and my elbows always rub against the carpet and become dry and rough.

you probably just have very dry skin. i'd say you should use gold bond lotion or aveeno with oatmeal in it. they are both very good. they are a little bit pricey but they are worth it because they work! if that doesn't help you may actually have to ask a doctor. good luck and happy holidays!

Well when the weather changes, your skin becomes less absorbent and the skin requires a lubricant. Try a moisturizer or body lotion.

Good luck!

Dry winter weather is the culprit, after your shower while still damp, lather on the lotion, everyday. This will really help

I think you get them from resting them on tables, etc. They're kind of like a callous. Just periodically put lotion on them and they will soften up.

dry skin... put lotion or baby oil on them... it will decrease over the next few days... but to avoid the sandpaper elbows always put something on it
