Just wondering. I know that the Christian "hell" was made up to scare Pagans and other groups of people back in the day to converting to Christianity. And Christianity, Islam and Judaism are all considered to be the Abrahamic religions, similar in many ways including all three being monotheistic. So if they all are kind of the same then do Muslims believe in hell??

Absolutely faith is independent of reality. Also correct that they can't both be the exclusively true "word of god." Beliefs seem more founded on tribalism and accident of birth rather than any logic, or any connection to 'reality' in the world. Buddhism is a less bossy and more forgiving religion than any of the Abrahamic faiths and doesn't threaten non-believers will fire and brimstone. As we leave the feuadal political times behind (now even finally happening in Arab world!) the old feudal belief systems are being similarly discarded.

Hell was created by the fallen Angels and Satan they are extremely terrifying and powerful they are mindless creatures warped and twisted they only know hatred and scorn for God and Man.

Everyone should pray for all souls who are sent there even though they did bad things while they were alive they are still Gods Children they are suffering greatly non stop and are tortured by the Demons and Satan in unspeakable ways. Let's just say you wouldn't book your next vacation there it smells sulfur it's dark pitch pitch black smoke everywhere non stop screaming and groaning crying.

The Demons shout blasphemies at God and Heaven non stop.

Muslims believe in a hell. But it is not a place for eternal punishment. Most people can get out of it and be admitted to Paradise. Allah is a kinder deity than Yahweh.

Muslim hell and Christian purgatory are kind of synonymous. It's a place where you go and recognize your sins and accept Allah into your heart.

Basically, Allah sends you to your room until you realize you've been bad. :)
