i did some exersics to have more waist ... and today i noticed that it hurt so is it good if i keep on doing my exersises it just feels sore .. it dosent hurt liek super bad its just sourness from yesterday should i keep going?

What type of exercise are you doing? You need to protect your spine at all costs. Therefore try Pilate's, it teaches you about core stability, how to isolate the tummy muscles and then exercise them, while protecting the spine. Good Luck

Um. yes. If it's sore, then you're doing what you should.

Abdominal muscles recover quickly and it is safe to do exercises for them daily.
