I don't think you'd want to try that type of stuff at home. Besides, who told you it was out of alignment? Please go visit a chiropractor to evaluate and fix neck and spine issues. They are trained for this type of stuff.

First see a Doc and ask them to refer you to a PT. Then see what the PT states. They are qualified in posture so can tell you exactly what the problem is! For example, if you have noticed one shoulder heigher than the other, or perhaps the hair dresser has problems cutting your hair due to lopsided head, it might be something as simple as one centimeter shortness in one leg. However if this is not corrected, then you will thrown the ankle out, knee, hip and spine. Heading for serious problems later in life. Good Luck

No and, don't even try. Stay away from a chiropractor until you've had MRI's and, or CAT scans. You don't really know what's wrong in there and, until you do, see the proper doctor like a neurologist or an orthopedic surgeon. Go from there.

See a chiropractor. NEVER try to do this yourself or you could cause serious injury or death.
A chiropractor is experienced to do neck alignments and spinal adjustments.
