I dyed my hair red a few times. I started off with fire engine red, and it was okay for about 2 weeks before it would wash out and turn this horrid orange color. I then started dying it a deeper red, and it lasted a bit longer. I had to dye my hair SO often though. Once I decided I was done with the red, I had to have my hair stripped twice and it still couldn't get all the red out. It's REALLY hard to undo red. I'd make sure you really want it before you did it. Red is easy to mess up if you do it yourself. Be careful.

Be warned, red hair is hard to maintain, I'm a brunette that tried it. It fades too fast and needs constant maintenance.

I don't know how you look but, if it doesn't match you but you want to stand out, go for it!
If you wanted to blend in and look good and stuff. Get a colour that matches your skin tone.
