Probably nothing. I'm pretty sure they hire highschoolers, which means they don't even ahve a diploma. I believe you need a bachelors to get into management, though.

It's for a store manager and it doesn't require anything other than a high school diploma as education but requires two years management experience in retail.

To become a sales associate, go to the local store and apply. If they have an opening there, the job doesn't have any education or experience requirements. We call that "entry level"

add: I think some of the others posting here think you should be looking for a job as a surgeon or computer program while you're in HS. It's very likely that those same people have no job at all - they're too good to actually work. And besides, mommy and daddy give them plenty of money.

If you want to check out retail and have a job (and some money and experience and self-respect) while you're in HS -- this is as good a company as any other. Go do it and ignore the lazy slackers who stay home and play computer games all day. ☺
