For a while the fact that humans possess one less chromosome than all other primates which would disprove the theory that all modern day primates came from one species. The discovery of chromosome #2 being a fusion of two chromosomes found in other primates shows how a single ancestor is incredibly likely.
If you believe in creationism, this would suggest that God purposely created us to make it appear that we had evolved. Do you think your God is intentionally deceptive?

Juggernaut- If you think all mutations are crippling, you should do some research on down syndrome. I must say that I'm glad you're an "ex-evolutionist" because you sure aren't beneficial to my side.

additionally, proteins act functionally on their own and and in different way when combined, so I guess you lose on that one, too big guy.

Juggernaut- Glad you checked back in. Like I said before, the proteins that combine to make complex systems of the body have separate functions by themselves, so there goes that argument. As for mutations not being frequently beneficial, I agree. This might explain why 99.5% of species that we know of on earth no longer exist. Sure it is not the only cause of extinction, but it's still a reasonable explanation for it. Your turn.

this is such a good point
you could almost ask the same thing about free will and the bible and other things as well.. oh jeez.
i think yes
if god was a constant being, like we all asume, where is he and why doesnt he want to be known?
"God is dead." -Friedrich Nietzsche
as far as deceit goes
im not sure because what would his intentions have to do with deceit unless we where just a big game? a project, a small ant hill in the vast expanse of the universe. i think there are more clues to this than chromosomes. its a philisophical opinion. To each his own. If your a relgious zombie, then obviously this wouldnt cross your mind unless you had doubt. But we have free will to doubt
its a vicious cycle and im going no where

Maybe. Personally, I don't really care if people believe in Adam and Eve or evolution. God will NOT punish you for not knowing how man was created. I find the Adam and Eve story ectremely unlikely, especially because of dinosaurs, and the earth being 5 billion years old, but whatever. As for evolution, I still find it hard to believe that humans just grew on the floor like a vegetable or something.

No yet you're liar, for denying the only authentic God. certainty isn't any remember in case you opt to admit it or not you won't be able to flee God's hand in introduction. Evolution isn't biblical. Neither are we obliged to interpret God's handy artwork as evolutionary. in certainty fairly the alternative. God stated that loss of life got here as a effect of guy, not any opposite direction around, Genesis 3:19.

Humans have one fewer pair of chromosomes because their DNA morphed in a way that two chromosome combined to make one.

In fact, if God designed this world, he designed one of the few possible worlds in which there could be intelligent life but no God. Allow the principle of parsimony and Occam's razor (not to mention the philosophical implications concerning a loving and caring God, much less the Christian God) to do the rest.

You really want to know a weak link in your hypothesis of evolution...

Mutations - lethal, crippling, or benign (self-reversing from one generation to the next)

This FACT, kinda makes it hard to accumulate beneficial mutations to produce the DNA coding for functioning proteins, that work to produce specialized cells to form tissues that interdependently work together to form organs that interdependently work together to form whole systems, immune, reproductive, nervous...

Just one small FACT you need to work around... Journey Well...

Since I am being accused of lying... How many proteins are needed for a single healthy cell in an organism? How many different specialized cells are needed for the different tissues? These separate functioning tissues form organs, How many of these different organs are needed for lets say the reproducative system, or immune system?

Okay, not all, but a very high majority of mutation are self-reversing, and not all, but an even higher majority of mutations are LETHAL, CRIPPLING, OR BENIGN.

SINCE THIS FACT EXISTS IT MAKES IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE TO CREATE A SINGLE FUNCTIONING PROTEIN... FORGET EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE ORGANISM...

The Very Foundation of the hypothesis of Evolution...

Even the smallest of life, in the oceans, have some of the same DNA make up that we , humans have, and to me, it shows me the oposite of what evolutionist see...... It shows me that ONE creator was at work...... He took the earth and made life, there for we are all OF the earth...... see ?? it goes both ways in an argument...... go in peace...... God bless

Did science itself deceive us when all evidence pointed to the sun revolving around the earth?

Or is it just that the universe, like God, is so far beyond our current level of understanding that we continually need a paradigm shift in our thinking to understand it better.....

Creationists believe "something" .... but it makes no sense to anyone but them. LOL

I'm afraid that your word choice, "deceptive," is likely to put them off the point of the question and simply deny, deny, deny.
