There are six guidelines for a Sangha (defined here as a group of people, not confined to monks and nuns Sangha): (1) To unify their respectful deportment to be the same; (2) To unify their speech/conversation; (3) To unify their purpose; (4) to unify their practices of morality; (5) to unify their view; (6) to unify their material benefits. These guidelines ensure the Sangha members live in harmony and be sensitive and caring towards each other.

Not all people can be counted in one (because of many differences).

I'm not sure if you misunderstood the terms. 'Realm' is typically used in Buddhism to refer to the realm of desire, realm of form, and realm of formless. Sangha typically refer to monastic groups. It is uncommon to say 'realm of Sangha'.
