I almost never have trouble sleeping. Today I did 50 pushups, 500 crunches, and 13 chinups, and I ran 3 miles. I drank only four cups of coffee (usually I have six) and all before noon. I haven't had any other stimulants or any alcoholic beverages at all. What's wrong with me?

Cut down on the coffee or dont drink all your cooffees in the morning. Spread it out during the day and you'll find that you wont be as tired the next day or better still if you could cut out the coffee all together then you'll find that you wont have any trouble getting to sleep.

Have you done anything for the Lord lately? Something that cost you something, like time, finance, or effort? In secret or not expecting recognition for? That always has a way for lulling me to sleep. I am an insomniac.

Read your Bible, that will make you feel sleepy..

Edit:
As a matter of fact, many christians are sleeping inside the church because of hearing the word of God..so I guess reading the word of God is even more effective..

You need to do that for more than just 1 day for results.

You're thinking too hard.

Lie down and think about your toes. Wiggle them. Then think about your ankles. Wiggle them. Continue until you are trying to wiggle your ears, and you will fall alseep.

You're still drinking a lot of coffee.

Or you're an insomniac.
