I was raised Catholic. They would be strong candidates. They will look cross at you when you do things differently as would they.

Hate to break it to you, but there are holier-than thou people of all religions. There are even holier-than-thou atheists. In fact, I would venture to say that I've seen, at best, the same ammount of holier-than-thou atheists on this site as holier-than-thou Christians.
It is, however, unfortunate that some Christians don't know the difference between righteousness and self-righteousness, I'll give you that.

The ones who do not know Christ. Those who do, have accepted the truth that all people in this world are sinners, and Christ came to save all. He took my sin and bore it. I am not better then anyone else. I've simply accepted a free gift. Which Christ offers to all. Those who act 'holier then thou' may not have experianced the grace of Christ or they do not recall that they are just as sinful as everyone else in this world.
I'm sorry that so many christians have misrepresented Christ toward you.

False ones. The thing is, Paul tells us that Christians are supposed to keep each other in check. We are to judge one another. Not in an eternal sense, but in the sense that we correct each other when we see sin in an others life. We are not supposed to judge the world, but that does not mean that we aren't allowed to participate in the basic functions of our nations government, like voting, campaigning, and trying to make this country the kind of place we want it to be, just like anyone else can do. We are not supposed to judge the world in the same way we are to judge each other as Christians, but that doesn't mean that we aren't allowed to make any moral judgments at all. We are told to be discerning and to warn the world about the consequences of sin i.e. God's wrathful final judgment on sin.

What are you even asking? I dont think of sending infants to private colleges, going to church and a religous sticky label say "Im holier than you," or perhaps nevertheless i don't understand the muslim faith, not all muslims opt to homicide human beings. i think of somewhat non secular tolerance might do you some good.

It is TRUE that there are some christians who are holier than others.
There is absolutely NO PROBLEM for a "holier" christian to correct another brother or sister if he sees that brother or sister in sin, or in unchrist-like behaviour.
For example,
If i came out of clubbing and smoking after i became a christian, and i see a brother smoking, partying and drinking and leading an unchrist-like lifestyle, then i can go up to him and correct him, provided my correction is based on love and righteousness, and not on judgment and despise.
if i went to correct him, i am not "playing holier than thou." i am in fact obeying the Bible in correcting a brother who is wayward.

You are more holier than thou than anyone I have ever met or heard of, Christian or not. You've told me that I am totally evil just because I believe in God, you have refused to "agree to disagree" about beliefs, and you refuse to acknowledge that Christians are anything but vile humans who need to be sterilized, have our children taken from us, and have openly expressed your feelings of superiority in 99% of your "questions."
You play "holier than thou" with every breath that you take, lol.
What a joke!

No doubt, Fundies. That's why they try to correct everyone's behavior by trying to change laws through politics. And they're the ones that seem to advocate violence
