No.

IF CREATIONISTS WERE CAPABLE OF LEARNING, OR THINKING, THEY WOULD NOT BE CREATIONISTS TO BEGIN WITH.

I think it's because more and more of the theories we have assumed to be true all throughout our lives continue to be debunked. Not all of them, but certainly some of them have been.

All theories start with a hypothesis and when the scientific process works for a given hypothesis and then years later, new data comes that dispproves the old theory, science tends to try to re-prove it using a new hypothesis and data, only for it to be disproven again later.

Again, this is not true of every theory, but certainly many theories have "died on the vine". Evolution is one of those "facts" that slowly gets chipped away at with either new eveidence against it or discovery of bad evidence that went into it.

Here is another point of view. Imagine for a moment that two books were buried in 100 CE and just uncovered. One was a book of scientific theories and one was a compilation of early Christian Writings. Which one would be relevant today?

They are not interested in learning. If they were, they would not be Creationists.

God has never “said” anything; no (sane) human has ever God say anything; and God never will say anything. And, that’s the fact, Jack.

You can’t be serious? Your statement is a demonstration of your own scientific illiteracy; and yet you pretend that you know what you are talking about. Is dishonesty a big part of your religious beliefs?

Well, if he wrote this, then it does not seem that he keeps his word:

•"And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive." (Matthew 21:21-22)

•And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14)

And, I guess that means you don;t bother with going to Doctors, huh?

•Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the prayer of faith shall save him that is sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, it shall be forgiven him. (James 5:14-15)

Fruitcake? Isn't that what you call someone who believes see and converses with imaginary beings?

Christians are nothing if not great at making excuses for their God never saying - never appearing - never doing - anything - ever (touchdowns and winning the lottery don't count).

And, forget about the "free will" argument because Christians are always bragging about what a miracle-making show-off their God was - back in the day.

A hypothesis = A scientific possibility and inquiry

Theory = Scientific belief based on reasonable assumptions and interpretation of data (evidence acquire for observations)

Scientific Fact = An unchangeable absolute or constant

The HYPOTHESIS OF EVOLUTION is not a "FACT", do you feel better we cleared that up now?

Journey Well...

I don`t have a problem with that. Evolution and creation go hand in hand the problem I see is so many people close their mind to the idea of there being both together.

"the fact is evolution" is a false statement.

You don't really seem to understand the scientific process. In simplified terms, for a theory to become a law it needs to be repeatable.

(2 Corinthians 4:3-4) . . .If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, 4 among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

No. They're far too obsessed with their delusion to learn about the facts.

Ah well,,,some of us do really know the difference between educated guesses and facts...a little truth mixed in with a lot of error is not fact...you don't have to try and explain a fact,,it just is.....fact is, scentists are wrong more than they are right.
