Perhaps you need a multivitamin every day.

You have to try to spend more time in the open breathing fresh air especially in green and natural places doing activities like like walking o moderate jogging in the park for instance. Even gardening is good if you don't like jogging or walking too much. This will make you sleep more soundly will oxygenate your system replenish your blood and consequently you will be less tired or not tired at all. Lack of fresh, air and pollution and a sedentary life are often the cause why people get tired. Also try to moderate the hours spent in front of screens like computers and television.

Well it could be a number of things. First thing, you really shouldn't be getting more than 8 hours of sleep. More than that and it will have the reverse effect.

Also, are you overweight?
Are you active (sports, go running, any physical activity)?
Are you eating enough to support your body? I'd imagine you'd need at least 2200 calories or so, you might need more. Try eating breakfast... something not just sugar.

If this is an ongoing thing, you might want to tell someone about it and go see a doctor, it could be the beginning of something more severe.

Exercise a bit more, catch up on rest if you've missed it, eat a healthy diet and if the tiredness persists for a couple of weeks get it checked out by the doctor. There are things, both benign and more sinister that can cause sudden fatigue.

I found I had diabetes and that the sugar was kicking my butt...have your doctor do a blood Gloucous test along with a test for iron....also, have you ever had Mono? it might be that? only a physician will know for sure.
