Book of Romans in the Bible. Read these verses: Romans 10:13, Romans 5:8, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Romans 5:12, Romans 10:9-11. Gospel of Luke is also a good place to start. Praying for you.

Where to begin for salvation?

The first, and real, step is to open your heart and your mind to God's love and mercy. And, with a sincere and repentant heart, enter into (accept) the covenant of the New Testament for forgiveness of sin and salvation of the eternal soul thru Jesus, Son of the one true God.

From there, study the Word of God (Holy Bible), meet in fellowship with other faithful, pray, and grow in your spirit.

God bless and comfort you.

Pray and ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior. Paul tells how to become a Christian. Confess your sins and repent and have yourself baptized.

I enjoyed the book " The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren.

Find yourself a church home where you get fed spiritually. Get to know His Word, the Bible. Give it time.

Salvation begins with Jesus. Once you are ready to humble yourself in the sight of God, you can become spiritual. The Bible is the best source I know of to describe God. Start in the New Testament.
