DLR, um, he was mocking that very same creationist riddle. He showed how irrational it is. But I'll explain both of them for anyone who doesn't get it.
Creationist view: God made Adam from clay. The clay that remains today is clay that wasn't used to make people.
Scientific view: Humans evolved from apes. Apes still exist today because they are the descendants of those which didn't evolve into humans.

Because until God breathes life into clay, it is just clay. Actually though,,,it means we were created from the minerals and gases,,,etc,,,that is in the dust...guess what happens to your body when it decays...back to the ground,,,dirt again...well it would if we buried you in the ground without a topper...lol
