I dont think they have a Juvenile death row anywhere in the US. If the juvenile commits a death row offense, they will try them as an adult and give them death row in the BIG House.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the death penalty is unconstitutional for convicts who were under 18 when their crime was committed.

For all kinds of information (of an admittedly anti-death penalty point of view) check out the Death Penalty Information Center.

By the very definition of juvenile, there are no men or women on juvenile death row. Juveniles are boys and girls. . .not men & women.

In Illinois, there is no such thing as Juvie Death Row. If your crime is serious enough, your held at juvie till your 18th birthday and then transfered to big kid prison. There you will serve the remainder of your sentance.

Juveniles are not sentenced to death penalty but are only rehabilitated because they are still minors.
