The rule of thumb for cylinder bore guns is: The shot will spread at an average of one inch per yard. At your 30 feet (10 yards) the pattern will be an average of about 10 or 12 inches in diameter.
Each shotgun, its barrel and choke is a law unto itself-every gun is different, and will shoot different loads differently.
The pattern size is heavily dependent on the ammo being used-different brands, different loads within a brand and different shot sizes all make a difference.
The industry standard for cylinder bore performance is 40% of the pellets in a 30-inch circle at 40 yards, with a total spread of about 60 inches. Again, your results may vary.

It will be different for different guns, even with the same barrel length and choke. It would be best for you to test it and see what your individual gun does. Just as a very rough guess, the 00 buckshot might spread 5-6 inches, the #4 and #9 bird shot might spread 6-8 inches. The accuracy of the slugs in your barrel can only be determined by shooting them in it.

Pattern the shotgun with this different ammo and find out, then you will know.*

I am pretty sure the slug would spread to about 0.00 inches at any range, cuz it's one huge piece of lead.
