This Scarface movie said it meant : a pig that can't fly straight.

It was also said that the word is not Spanish in origin.

Is that correct? Can we speculate on a pig's ability to fly in the past? Can it be said that every Cuban knows a pig could fly in the past? Why don't all of us know this?

Chazzer is a yiddish word for pig.
It has also a figurative meaning for someone who wants more than what he needs and don't fly straight (also figurative meaning...!!) no more.
As you can understand pigs were not flying in the past ,it's just a metaphor and btw I don't know anything about Cubans.
